COMMUNITY 

COMMUNITY ROADS Transitional Housing

Assistance Program offers rental housing to vulnerable populations, including low-income families, formerly incarcerated individuals, and transitional-age youth, as well as young people returning from incarceration.

EDUCATION

CREDUCATION  will provide elective life skills training, using the CRED approach to empower community members and build self-esteem. This is essential in fostering self sufficiency among our clients.

REALIGNMENT 

CRED REENTRY  SOLUTIONS supports formerly incarcerated individuals by offering rent subsidies, and onsite supportive services, helping justice-involved individuals transition back into their communities after incarceration.

DEVELOPMENT

CRED WORKS offers a workforce development program that provides training and employment Opportunities to an underserved and at-risk population including low-income families, formerly incarcerated individuals,transitional age youth and those returning home from incarceration.
